Jamie King Gushes Over Taylor Swift’s New Album

Jaime King loves her friend Taylor Swift’s new music.

During an interview over the weekend, the actress said that she and her three-year-old son James enjoy listening to Swift’s new songs, including “Look What You Made Me Do” and “Ready For It” in their car.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at HBO’s Emmys after-party in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 17, King said that upon hearing Swift’s new music, her son immediately recognized the singer as his “godmama.”

“It’s good,” King said.

King further spoke of Swift’s new music, claiming that her upcoming album, Reputation, would give fans the real deal, as she’s known to do. She also said that her longtime friend was “the baddest broad.”

Taylor Swift isn’t Jamie King’s children’s only famous godmother

After Entertainment Tonight pointed out that King’s two kids, three-year-old James and two-year-old Leo, are quite lucky to have Swift and Jessica Alba as their grandmothers, King said that she doesn’t look at the celebrities as the superstars they are. Instead, she looks at them like she would any of her old friends.

“[She’s] just a friend,” King said of Swift.

While Swift used to be known for her celebrity friends, she hasn’t been spotted with any of them in recent weeks. Instead, she’s been keeping herself out of the spotlight as she continues to enjoy her new romance with Joe Alwyn.

As for her former best friend, Karlie Kloss, the two women are rumored to be at odds and days ago, Kloss stepped out in a Justin Bieber shirt. And, as fans know, Swift hasn’t been a fan of Bieber for years due to his past relationship with her friend Selena Gomez.
